Yes. Send us your business name and a link to your website or Google listing (or tell us you don't have one), and we'll email you a short written note on what could make your online presence work harder for you (it may include a quote). Nothing gets built, and there's no obligation.

For our first 5 Melbourne businesses, it's a simple one-page website plus a Google Business Profile tidy-up for $249 all up, with one round of changes. Your domain name is extra (usually about $15 to $30 a year, registered in your name). Just want the Google tidy-up? That's $149 on its own. There's no deposit. We do the work, you review it, and you only pay once you've approved it, before it goes live. We'd like to show your finished site as an example of our work, but you can say no or ask us to take it down any time, and your price stays the same. Just ask and we'll tell you how many spots are left. Once all 5 are taken, the offer ends and we'll update this page.

Your business details (services, hours, phone, address or service area), your logo if you have one, and any photos you'd like to use. If you don't have photos, we use free-licence stock images or simple graphics. We'll send you a short checklist.

For the Starter Website, the 72 hours starts once we have the 50% deposit and your content (launch offer sites have no deposit, so they start once we have your content). Online stores take up to 10 business days from the deposit and your product details. If content or feedback takes longer, the timeline moves with it, and we'll always tell you where things are up to.

You do. Your domain is registered in your name and paid by you (usually about $15–$30 a year). Once the project is paid in full, the website content and design files we made for you are yours.

For a Starter Website, hosting is set up on a reliable free or low-cost host, so many sites only pay for the domain. Care plans are optional. For an online store, you pay the store platform's own monthly fee and card fees directly (typically around $42–$56 a month for the platform), and we'll walk you through those numbers before you decide.

We send you an invoice. Standard projects: 50% to start and the balance when you approve the site, before it goes live. Launch offer clients pay no deposit. The $249 is paid in full once you've approved the site, before it goes live. The $149 Google Business Profile tidy-up is paid in full once it's done, with no deposit. We don't take payments through this website.

Yes. You get a short how-to guide at handover. If you'd rather not, the care plan covers small monthly updates like hours, prices and specials.

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We set up the basics properly (page titles, descriptions, business details and your Google Business Profile) so Google can understand your business, but rankings and sales depend on many things outside our control.

No. They are concept designs for sample businesses, made to show the style of work. The business names, phone numbers and addresses in them are placeholders.

No. Websites are a one-off price. Care plans are month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything in our terms.
